Welcome to Mepra . By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Product Availability
All products listed on Mepra  are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item without prior notice.

2. Pricing
All prices are in INR and may change without prior notice. In case of pricing errors or discrepancies, Spice Grama reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly.

3. Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email. Order acceptance is subject to availability and verification.

4. Delivery
We deliver to select areas only. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery location.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Mepra  does not accept returns. Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged or incorrect items, provided the issue is reported within 2 hours of delivery along with valid photo evidence.

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Hygiene and Quality
We follow strict hygiene and quality protocols. All our meats are sourced from trusted vendors and handled in compliance with food safety regulations.

8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Mepra  is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.

9. Limitation of Liability
Mepra  shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
