Refund Policy

At Mepra , we take pride in delivering fresh,. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.


1. No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns of any meat products once they have been delivered. This is to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.


2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

Change of mind

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Delay in receiving the order due to customer unavailability

Dissatisfaction with product taste or appearance (as long as it meets safety and quality standards)


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In rare cases where:

The product is damaged upon delivery

An incorrect item is delivered

You must notify us within 2 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos as proof. While we do not offer refunds, we may provide a replacement at our sole discretion.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order or before it is dispatched—whichever is earlier. Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
