At Mepra we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically handled meat products to your doorstep in a timely and safe manner. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Serviceable Areas
We currently offer delivery services only in selected areas. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code at checkout. If your location is outside our service area, we will not be able to fulfil the order.
2. Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 5.30pm will be delivered on the same day or next available slot based on availability.
Advance orders require 5-10 days to prepare depending on the order
Delivery time slots may vary based on location, demand, and product availability.
While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order value.
4. Delivery Process
Customers will receive a confirmation message after placing the order, followed by a notification when the order is out for delivery.
Our delivery partners are trained in safe food handling and follow strict hygiene protocols.
Customers are expected to be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
5. Missed Deliveries
If the delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or inability to contact the customer, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund or redelivery will be issued.
6. Product Handling
All products are packed with care and transported in temperature-controlled conditions wherever possible to maintain freshness and quality.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please reach out to us within 1 hour of the scheduled delivery.
